Ridelo – Wallet Functionality and Usage Policy

1. Overview

Ridelo is a mobility platform operated by Ridelo E-hailing (Pvt.) Ltd. that connects:

  • Riders (Users) who request transport services,

  • Drivers who provide those services, and

  • Agents who recruit and manage drivers.

Ridelo provides in-app wallet features to manage ride payments, commissions, and referral rewards within the ecosystem.
These wallets do not represent bank accounts, deposits, or electronic money; they function purely as a record of value between users of the Ridelo platform.

Funds are non-transferable outside Ridelo and cannot be exchanged for cash except where specifically stated.


3. Cash Wallet Rules

  1. Funding Sources

    • Top-ups through approved payment gateways or company credit.

    • Referral rewards (₨ 30 per verified referral).

    • Promo codes or user wallet-ride payments.

  2. Transfers

    • Permitted only from Cash Wallet → Internal Wallet (Ride Commission Wallet).

    • Reverse transfers are not allowed.

  3. Withdrawals

    • Available after account verification and completion of the first ride.

    • Minimum withdrawal ₨ 200 (subject to gateway/processing fees).

  4. Usage

    • Pay Ridelo-related dues (e.g., admin commissions).

    • Not valid for third-party or speculative transactions.


4. Internal Wallets

  • Ride Commission Wallet (Driver):
    Used to pay the platform’s 10 % admin fee automatically per completed ride (e.g., ₨ 12 on a ₨ 120 fare).
    Non-withdrawable and replenished by transfers from the Cash Wallet.

  • Network Commission Wallet (Agent):
    Records 10 % of the company’s admin fee share (₨ 1.20 in the example).
    Non-withdrawable; transferable only to downline drivers’ Ride Commission Wallets for liquidity support.


5. Referral Program

  • Reward: ₨ 30 for each verified user or driver referral.

  • Lock Period: Reward remains pending until the referred driver completes at least one ride.

  • Once unlocked, ₨ 30 credits to the Cash Wallet and becomes withdrawable.

  • Agents also earn 10 % of the company admin fee from referred drivers’ rides, credited to the Network Commission Wallet.

  • Fraudulent referrals, fake accounts, or manipulation will lead to forfeiture and account suspension.

7. Agent Privileges

Agents may:

  • Transfer balance from Network Commission Wallet to their referred drivers’ Ride Commission Wallets.

  • Convert earned network commission into Cash Wallet value through internal circulation (as per company procedures).

  • Not transfer any wallet balance outside Ridelo.


8. Transaction Records and Transparency

Every wallet operation (credit, debit, transfer, or withdrawal) generates a record containing:

  • Transaction or Ride ID

  • Type (Referral, Top-up, Admin Fee, Transfer, Withdrawal)

  • Timestamp and status (Pending → Released → Settled)

Users can review their complete wallet history at any time inside the app.


9. Security & Compliance

  • All payments processed through PCI-DSS–compliant gateways.

  • Wallets are internal ledger accounts — not insured or interest-bearing.

  • Ridelo adheres to State Bank of Pakistan and FBR guidelines on KYC, AML/CFT, and digital payments.

  • Suspicious activity may trigger account suspension and regulatory reporting.


10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes or refund requests can be submitted via support@ridelo.asia or in-app support.
Ridelo responds within 5 working days. Valid refunds are credited to the original payment method or Cash Wallet.


11. Google Play Compliance

  • Wallets support payments for real-world ride services, not digital content.

  • No gambling, crypto, or speculative features.

  • Payment processing uses approved, secure third-party gateways.

  • The app transparently discloses all wallet operations, in line with Google Play Developer Program Policies.

  • All required “Financial Features Declaration” fields are completed in Play Console.
