I. PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

Ridelo-Ehailing (Private) Limited (“Ridelo”) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of platform security, financial integrity, service fairness, and user safety. This Risk & Abuse Prevention Policy is established to prevent, detect, investigate, and address all forms of abuse, fraud, misconduct, manipulation, and security threats on the Ridelo Platform.

This Policy applies to:

  • Riders

  • Drivers

  • Agents

  • Employees

  • Contractors

  • Vendors

  • Technology partners

  • All users of the Ridelo mobile application and digital services

Use of the Ridelo Platform constitutes full acceptance of this Policy.


II. DEFINITIONS OF ABUSE

Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

  • Financial fraud

  • Fake or manipulated transactions

  • Identity theft or impersonation

  • Bonus, referral, or promotional abuse

  • Chargeback exploitation

  • Collusion between drivers, riders, or agents

  • Creation of fake rides or service cycles

  • Data theft, unauthorized system access, or misuse

  • Platform interference, hacking, or API exploitation

  • Harassment, threats, or intimidation

  • Safety violations

  • Repeated policy violations

Any attempt to manipulate Ridelo systems for unfair advantage is considered serious misconduct.


III. PLATFORM RISK CATEGORIES

1. Financial Risk

Includes but is not limited to:

  • Stolen or unauthorized payment instruments

  • Wallet manipulation

  • Cashback, voucher, or bonus abuse

  • Artificial ride inflation

  • Fake withdrawal generation

  • Money circulation through collusive rides


2. Account & Identity Risk

Includes:

  • Fake account creation

  • Multiple account usage for abuse

  • Use of stolen credentials

  • Device spoofing

  • Account selling or renting


3. Operational Abuse

Includes:

  • Fake ride bookings

  • Driver–rider collusive transactions

  • Repeated intentional cancellations

  • Route manipulation for inflated fares

  • Agent-level abuse or onboarding fraud


4. Technical Abuse

Includes:

  • Reverse engineering

  • API manipulation

  • Unauthorized automation

  • Malware distribution

  • Interference with payment systems


5. Behavioral & Safety Misconduct

Includes:

  • Harassment

  • Threats or intimidation

  • Hate speech

  • Physical safety violations

  • Deliberate service disruption

  • False reporting


IV. PREVENTION CONTROLS

Ridelo deploys multi-layered preventive controls including:

  • Identity verification and background screening

  • Real-time device fingerprinting

  • Transaction behavior monitoring

  • Automated fraud-detection systems

  • Risk-based wallet limits

  • Manual compliance audits

  • GPS and route verification

  • Driver and agent performance scoring

These safeguards operate continuously and in real time.


V. USER OBLIGATIONS

All users, drivers, agents, and partners must:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Maintain only one account unless officially authorized

  • Keep login credentials secure

  • Avoid system manipulation

  • Immediately report vulnerabilities or abuse

  • Refrain from assisting others in misconduct

Failure to fulfill these obligations constitutes a serious policy breach.


VI. INVESTIGATION & ENFORCEMENT

Ridelo reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • Monitor all platform activity

  • Flag suspicious behavior automatically

  • Freeze wallets and accounts during investigation

  • Restrict transactions without prior notice

  • Review system logs, GPS data, and device intelligence

Investigations may involve:

  • Transaction history review

  • Route and GPS audit

  • Communication record analysis

  • Agent onboarding verification

  • Payment source validation


VII. ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

Based on severity of the offense, Ridelo may impose:

  • Transaction reversal or balance correction

  • Wallet freeze

  • Temporary suspension

  • Permanent account termination

  • Driver or agent contract cancellation

  • Device-level blocks

  • Blacklisting from future registration

  • Financial recovery actions

  • Legal escalation where required


VIII. ZERO-TOLERANCE VIOLATIONS

The following violations result in immediate permanent termination:

  • Proven payment fraud

  • Stolen identity usage

  • Chargeback abuse

  • Organized bonus manipulation

  • API exploitation or hacking

  • Data theft or leakage

  • Operating coordinated abuse rings


IX. PROTECTION AGAINST RETALIATION

Ridelo strictly prohibits retaliation against:

  • Whistleblowers

  • Abuse reporters

  • Investigation participants

Any retaliation will result in immediate termination of contract or account.


X. PLATFORM SECURITY RESPONSIBILITY

Users acknowledge that:

  • Absolute digital security cannot be guaranteed

  • Platform security is a shared responsibility

  • Negligence leading to compromise is not acceptable

  • Reporting of risks is mandatory


XI. DISPUTE HANDLING

All abuse-related disputes will be resolved using:

  • System logs

  • Wallet transaction records

  • Device intelligence

  • GPS data

  • Risk engine reports

Ridelo’s internal determinations shall be final and binding.


XII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ridelo shall not be liable for losses arising from:

  • User negligence

  • Malware-infected devices

  • Third-party payment gateway failures

  • Network disruptions

  • External cyberattacks


XIII. POLICY UPDATES

Ridelo reserves the unrestricted right to update or amend this Risk & Abuse Prevention Policy at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on the Ridelo Platform.


XIV. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Violation of this Policy may result in:

  • Permanent account termination

  • Wallet confiscation

  • Ride earnings forfeiture

  • Blacklisting

  • Financial recovery

  • Legal action
