Ridelo-Ehailing (Private) Limited

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“End-User” or “You”) and Ridelo-Ehailing (Private) Limited, a company duly registered under the Companies Act 2017 in Pakistan, with its head office located at:
P-10, Cheenab Market, Susan Road, Block Z, Madina Town, Faisalabad 38000, Pakistan
(“Licensor”, “Ridelo”, “We”, or “Us”).
By installing, accessing, or using the Ridelo mobile application (the “App”) on Android or iOS devices, including any updates, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all associated policies referenced herein.
Ridelo is a ride-hailing platform connecting passengers (“Riders”) with service providers (“Drivers”) for transportation services within Pakistan.
The App is intended for lawful, personal use and not for resale or redistribution.
Note: Ridelo is not designed for use in industries governed by HIPAA, FISMA, or similar regulatory frameworks.
3.1 Ridelo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control.
3.2 You may not:
Copy, distribute, rent, sell, sublicense, or modify the App;
Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code;
Share access with unauthorized third parties;
Remove or alter proprietary notices.
3.3 Any breach of this Agreement may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
4.1 Ridelo strives to maintain compatibility with current Android and iOS versions but does not guarantee universal device support.
4.2 It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets required specifications and maintains secure connectivity.
5.1 Ridelo-Ehailing (Pvt) Ltd is solely responsible for maintenance, bug fixes, and user support.
5.2 Google Play and Apple App Store are not responsible for any issues, support, or disputes.

6.1 By using Ridelo, you consent to the collection and processing of data including your name, contact details, location, payment details, ride history, and other information as described in our Privacy Policy.
6.2 Data may be shared with regulators, law enforcement, or service providers for lawful operational purposes.
6.3 Please review our separate Privacy Policy and Wallet & Financial Features Policy, which form part of this Agreement.
7.1 The App includes digital wallet functions allowing Riders, Drivers, and Agents to hold, transfer, or receive virtual balances for ride payments, commissions, and promotional rewards.
7.2 Wallet balances do not represent bank deposits and are maintained as stored value for in-App transactions only.
7.3 Users may:
Top-up wallets using approved payment gateways;
Receive incentives, refunds, or commissions per Ridelo policies;
Transfer funds between designated internal wallets (where applicable).
7.4 Withdrawals, reversals, or misuse of wallet funds outside the App are prohibited unless expressly authorized.
7.5 All wallet activities are governed by the separate Digital Wallet & Transaction Features Policy, incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
8.1 You may submit reviews, ratings, or profile content (“Contributions”).
8.2 You affirm that your Contributions are lawful, original, and non-infringing.
8.3 You grant Ridelo a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use your Contributions in connection with the Service.
8.4 Ridelo reserves the right to review or remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable law.
9.1 Ridelo is not liable for:
Network outages, delays, or third-party system failures;
Errors arising from driver or rider misconduct;
Financial losses from unauthorized account use;
Indirect or consequential damages.
9.2 The App is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
10.1 This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
10.2 You may terminate by uninstalling the App and discontinuing all use.
10.3 Ridelo may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
All trademarks, software code, design, and branding within the App belong to Ridelo-Ehailing (Pvt) Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
You agree to comply with Google Play and Apple App Store terms of service. Neither Apple nor Google shall be responsible for any claim related to this App.
You agree to comply with:
Pakistan Penal Code (PPC);
Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA);
Relevant Transport Authority Regulations;
Any other provincial or federal law.
You further confirm you are not a resident of or associated with any sanctioned entity under Pakistani law.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
All disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Faisalabad, Punjab.
Ridelo may update or amend this Agreement at any time. Updates will be reflected within the App or website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
