These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ridelo and Ridelo Driver apps (referred to as "Services") and constitute a legal agreement between you and Ridelo E-Hailing Pvt Ltd ("Ridelo"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1.1 Service: Refers to the Ridelo website, mobile applications, and related features and functionalities.
1.2 User: Refers to any individual using the Ridelo Services, including riders and drivers.
1.3 Personal Data: Any information that can identify an individual, such as name, address, or contact information.
1.4 Data Controller: Ridelo, which determines how personal data is processed.
1.5 Data Processor: Third-party service providers who process data on behalf of Ridelo.
1.6 Content: Refers to any data, text, graphics, or other material uploaded, downloaded, or transmitted through our Services.
By accessing or using Ridelo Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use Ridelo.
3.1 Account Registration:
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration.
It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity.
Interfere with the proper working of the Services, including hacking or introducing harmful code.
Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or unsafe practices while using the app.
3.3 Compliance with Local Laws:
Users must adhere to all applicable local laws and regulations while using the Services.
4.1 Booking Process:
Users may request rides or parcel deliveries through the app, which will connect them with the nearest available driver.
4.2 Payment:
Payment methods may include cash or in-app payment options.
Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, surcharges, or fees.
4.3 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations may incur charges if made after a driver has been assigned or has arrived at the pickup location.
5.1 SOS Feature:
Users can add emergency contacts via the contact list to activate the SOS feature. This feature allows for one-click calls to designated contacts or Ridelo’s support team during emergencies.
5.2 Location Permissions:
The app requires location access (background and foreground) to provide accurate and efficient services. Users may disable location services at any time, but this may limit app functionality.
6.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided by Ridelo are the intellectual property of Ridelo or its licensors.
6.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal purposes only.
7.1 Ridelo’s collection, use, and disclosure of user data are governed by the Privacy Policy.
7.2 By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
8.1 Ridelo is not responsible for:
Any damages resulting from the misuse of the Services by users.
Delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party service providers (e.g., drivers).
Loss of property during rides or deliveries.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridelo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services.
9.1 Ridelo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
9.2 Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.
Ridelo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
